KT is not only personable and pleasant to work with, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the unit installed by Mr. Air last year.
I truly appreciate that Mr. Air stands behind its work and continues to monitor the performance of our 5-ton unit regularly. KT was extremely patient and took the time to explain every aspect of the system, answering all of our questions clearly and thoroughly.
It is reassuring to work with a company and technician who genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I am very pleased with KT's service and Mr. Air's continued support.

Mr. Air Repair service was phenomenal. They came out quickly to diagnose my system and William, the owner, offered me multiple options to help identify what would be best for our home. We went with a new central air and heat system. Worked with Max as our technician and a crew of installers. We had a new system installed and running the next day. Everyone was professional and courteous, did a great job and worked quickly to return our house to a comfortable temperature.
