Had my ac go out. Prompt courteous service. They were able to come out the same day. Upfront about my options with clear explanations. It's costly due to inflation but glad to be able to go with a local family owned company. Service contract is very cost effective and already referred a family member looking for a new provider.

Had the quickest and easiest HVAC full system replacement and the process went way beyond my expectations. Even though this is a stressful and expensive ordeal in general, I felt like I knew what was happening each step of the way, everything was explained to me before and after installation, and the men who were here during the day to complete the project were so nice and respectful to me. Everything looks so much better outside and inside now with their installation, and my AC kicks the air out like it's a refrigerator. Thank you, Mr. Air!

I had my AC shut off upstairs and within the day they had a tech come out who was able to fix the issue and be very honest without trying to upsell me. All the coordination happened over the phone so there was minimal disruption to my work day. Totally recommend!

Mr. Air Repair has been fantastic. The owner, William, came out for some maintenance and consultation on adding a new unit for our garage and optimizing the performance of our existing units. He gave detailed explanations about the options for our garage project. He had plenty of opportunity to sell additional services for optimizing our existing units, but was adamant that the issues could be resolved by making minor adjustments and not needing anything beyond the standard service call charge.

A few weeks later, one of our units had a failure. We contacted Mr. Air Repair online to request an appointment at around midnight, expecting to get a call that next morning. They text us a few moments later and arranged for us to be their first time slot in the morning. The technician, KT, arrived promptly and was very professional, and personable. He diagnosed what he believed the issue to be, and explained due to it not just being a simple fix, he would have the owner come out and verify if there was anything additional that could be done to repair the issue. William came back out within 30 minutes and confirmed the unfortunate diagnosis and provided the options for repair versus replace.

The great thing about Mr. Air Repair is they will take the time to explain the "why" behind everything. William conducted a "heat load" assessment that created a 3D scan of our floorplan and calculated the square footage, accounted for windows, appliances, etc. That provided a calculation to show what size ducting, what size unit, etc. He wasn't just spitballing numbers to try and make a sale. He was able to provide the science as to why a particular unit would work best for our floorplan and scenario.

I would highly recommend Mr. Air Repair for any of your A/C or heating maintenance and needs. They are an honest and fair company and stand behind their work.

came out did the service, dont try to push extras or talk you into other work.. Dependable..
