I didn't just need a repair - I needed an entire new 4 ton unit and the inside a/c and furnace besides! Will and his partner did exactly what they said they would do, installed the entire unit as planned, on schedule, without a hitch. I couldn't be happier, (or cooler!) Thank God I had a great feeling about Will, and I went with Mr. Air. I am always skeptical about home repairs, and/or installations. This man says what he means, and means what he says! THANK YOU William, for a wonderful experience, and you are also a VERY pleasant person. You have a very successful business, because you work hard, are honest, and professional. Will was very professional and diagnosed our air conditioner problem in little time. He explained what was needed and was prompt in taking care of our problem. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. He was a Godsend.
