They did what I wanted, which is surprisingly hard for some hvac companieso to do. They replaced my evap coil, and ac unit which solved my issues. Thanks for the pro work. Dustin was great!

William came out and we looked at their options . Our Carrier unit was 22 yrs old . Had a bad coil , to old . William scheduled his crew to come Saturday.
The Crew that showed up , WERE GREAT . Hot in the Attic , 95 degrees in the house .

We went over everything before they started , They had all materials, This Crew worked hard , very pleasant and respectful.

The price we agreed was exactly what was due .
Thank you William for replacing all of our air conditioners, equipment.

I found Mr. Air Repair on Facebook and inquired on a Thursday. Tonya reached out to me to introduce herself and to make sure my system was operational. I was extremely busy and did not respond. She reached out again on Friday morning and asked if system was just getting old and I explained I had an evaporator coil leak. She asked if I would like to schedule a technician to come out. I agreed and she asked if today would be good. TODAY folks; on a FRIDAY. Wow! This was at 11:34 a.m. She got some information from me and said a technician would be out before 3:00. At 12:00 I received a message that Trenton would be on his way.

Trenton came out and we discussed my situation and what I knew. He did some diagnostics, explained issue and pricing and what his company offers. Let me tell you, this is the most direct, kind, compassionate, transparent technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He didn't act rushed when I hesitated, he wasn't arbitrary when I told him I needed to look at some things and shop....nothing. That alone earned him my business on the spot at 2:20 p.m.

Trenton said they would return in the morning, SATURDAY. Again, WOW! Sure enough Trenton showed up with the install team at 8:00 a.m. to install the system. Trenton had to leave to take care of some other service calls while the install team did their job.
He said he would stop back by to QC everything later in the afternoon when he was completed with his other calls and get payment. He got tied up really late and this guy goes ahead and comes by at 8:30 p.m. to check on the system and make sure everything is good.

He arrived and after some time found an issue. Trenton calls another tech to bring him a part that he needed....not "I apologize, but I don't have that part on my truck and will need to return on Monday". All of this on a late Saturday evening because he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Yes, it may be policy, I don't know, but the fact that this guy was still the same kind, compassionate guy he had been every time I saw him was amazing. He wasn't disgruntled or complaining or any of those things most techs would be doing.

Needless to say, Trenton did a fabulous job. Trenton is a tremendous asset to his employer and they are lucky to have him. Trenton, on his own, earned my business and will keep it. I was so impressed with this young man and wish more of his generation were like him and had the work ethic and attitude he has. GREAT JOB, TRENTON AND THANK YOU FOR THE PLEASURE OF MEETING YOU.
Also, thank you to the team and the technician that brought him the part he needed at such a late hour. I might add that my house was freezing when I woke up! Woohoo!!!!

I'm so excited about my new A/C after two years with window units!! While I can not say it's cheap lol, it was well worth the money!! This company was the first one of many to actually give me more then one option. Dustin was the person that came out and spoke with me about everything. He was very upfront with me (which is a plus for me) and answered all my questions. He also came back to make sure everything was done properly. Real nice and respectful!! I would recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks guys I really appreciate yall!!!
